Luxe Terraces Refund & Return Policy

At Luxe Terraces, each piece is curated with care and intention. Our priority is to ensure your order arrives in impeccable condition and meets our standards of craftsmanship and quality. While we are committed to your satisfaction, please note the following terms for returns and exchanges:

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing returns@luxeterraces.com within 7 days of delivery.

Important Note:
Due to the nature of custom and luxury furniture, returns based solely on preference, such as change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., “I don’t like it”), are not eligible for return or refund. We encourage all customers to review product dimensions, materials, and finishes carefully before purchasing. We’re happy to help answer any questions before you place your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and materials intact.

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, assembly, or improper handling will not be accepted.

  • Returns without prior authorization will be refused.

Sale Items
Products purchased on sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not issued on sale or promotional items.

Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Luxe Terraces is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Exchanges
To request an exchange, begin the return process and place a new order for the desired item. The new order will be processed once the original item is received and approved.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status within 3 business days. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the transaction.
