Shipping policy
. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited options via major carriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS).

Note: Some larger furniture pieces may ship via freight and require additional delivery coordination.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can enter your tracking number on our Order Tracking Page to view the status of your delivery.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii at this time.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
Luxe Terraces is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@luxeterraces.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
