Luxe Terraces reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we believe the customer is in violation of any of these Terms.

  1. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We make every effort to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen settings, natural materials, and manufacturing processes, slight differences in color, grain, or texture may occur. These are not considered defects.

All dimensions, finishes, and product specifications are approximate and may vary slightly.

  1. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  • All billing and contact information is accurate and current.

  • Luxe Terraces may cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion.

  • As a business operating in Arizona, we collect and remit Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) on applicable sales to customers located in the state of Arizona, including Scottsdale and Maricopa County jurisdictions.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted and do not include shipping, taxes, or other fees unless specified.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States and select international locations. Delivery times vary based on product availability and destination.

Luxe Terraces is not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving their item.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and approved for return via RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

  • Returns based on personal preference ("I don’t like it") are not accepted.

  • Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 10 business days of approval.

  1. Product Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, Luxe Terraces furniture includes a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and craftsmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Improper care or cleaning

  • Damage caused by shipping after delivery or unauthorized modifications
